My name is Pamela R. Berkley, I live in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Born and raised in Northern VA. I have an older brother and a little sister. I’m a daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother.
I work for the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Fourth Circuit in Richmond, Virginia. I’ve been with them for 5+ years as an IT Support, Procurement, and Contracting Officer. IT Support background consists of software support for Windows, and Office 365. I have done individual training for users in office environments.
