Born Herschel Kirk from Indianapolis, Indiana has been spinning turntables since a young child. Getting his first set at the age of 14, he honed his craft by listening to the Greats.
“Being from Indianapolis we have a special way of blending some my greats are DJs mainly from here DJ Mello Mix, Don Don, DJ JF, DJ World, DJ King, Marcus Wain, list can go on and on. During my young years of DJing was doing various school functions and doing birthday parties”.
Fast Forward into the adult years Strongside Radio was formed along with Strongside Throwdown podcast. In 2022 I had the honor of joining the Worldwide Fleet DJs. Since then, DJ Mannie Faces has released three albums on all platforms and two mix tapes. One with the Legendary Ras Kass has been making a lot of noise. Along with being State Manager for Indiana Fleet, I am also a member of Digiwaxx Crew, Stopbeefin Radio and Hype Magazine.
