DJ Dubb Sixx is originally from Jackson, Tn where he started djing in 1988. He joined the U.S. Army and served for 21 years, playing in Germany, Korea and stateside in Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, Louisiana and Washington. He has done the 5 O’clock Traffic Jam Monday through Friday and The Sixx Mixx on Saturdays on KIIZ 92.3 in Killeen Texas.
He is currently playing on Classic Fleet Radio, 94.5 The Blaze, K102, Gynesis Radio, Funkfellas Radio, Bounceout Radio, Gumbeaux Radio, The Vibe Radio and Rebel 107.9. He currently produces the show “Da Lounge with Kim da SSB” and serves as her manager. He has amassed a collection of over 10,000 vinyl records during his time as a mobile dj and radio mix show coordinator.
He took over as the Tennessee State Manager in the month of February 2023 after serving as the assistant state manager for a short tenure. Since then, he has been promoted to the position of assistant manager for the South Region. Dubb Sixx now resides in Clarksville TN, where he retired from the US Army and works as a wastewater treatment plant chief operator.
